Whenever a change occurs in any of the details registered in respect of a limited liability partnership, the partnership is to lodge with the Registrar a statement specifying the nature and effective date of the change and such other information (if any) as is prescribed by the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations, 2014 within fourteen days after the change.
This application is to be lodged in the Form LLP 9 set out in the First Schedule of the Liability Partnerships Regulations, 2014 and the fees payable is Kshs 2000.
